Spiritual Music by Religious Song Ensemble at Arab Music Institute

The Cairo Opera House, under the supervision of Dr. Khaled Dagher, is hosting a concert by the Religious Song Ensemble conducted by Maestro Omar Farhat at the Arab Music Institute on Tuesday, 26 December 2024 at 8 p.m. The concert features a selection of chants, hymns, and religious songs.
The Religious Song Ensemble was established in 1972 by the late composer Abdel Halim Nowera to preserve the religious singing tradition and train young talents in religious singing and invocations. The Ensemble regularly performs at the various Cairo Opera House venues across Cairo, Alexandria, and Damietta.
