“Kulthumiat” at Arab Music Institute Celebrating New Year 2025

Among the Ministry of Culture’s New Year’s Eve celebrations, the Cairo Opera House, under the supervision of Dr. Lamia Zayed, is hosting a concert by Abdel Halim Nowera Ensemble for Arab Music, conducted by Maestro Salah Ghobashy. The event is part of the “Kulthumiat” concert series and is hold at the Arab Music Institute on Tuesday, 31 December 2024 at 8:00 p.m.
The concert’s program features masterpieces by Umm Kulthum performed by Rehab Motawaa and Basmalah Kamal.
The “Kulthumiat” concert series, organized by the Cairo Opera House, aspires to pay tribute to the legacy of the legendary Egyptian singer, Umm Kulthum, and introduce her masterpieces to younger generations.
