Omar Farahat

Omar Farahat was a violinist at the great Umm Kulthum Company. In 1967 he was one of the founders of Abdel-Halim Nowera Company for Arab Music.

Omar Farahat accompanied many great Arab singers like Abdel-Halim Hafez, Farid El-Atrash, Warda, Faiza and others.

He is currently a violin teacher at the Arab Music Institute and he is also the conductor of the Religious Song Ensemble.
