Steve Barakatt Performs His World-Renowned Compositions at the Cairo Opera House

 Cairo Opera House, under the supervision of Dr. Alaa Abdel Salam, in cooperation with the Embassy of Canada in Cairo, presents a concert by the internationally acclaimed Canadian-Lebanese composer and pianist Steve Barakatt, who visits Egypt for the first time.

The concert will take place at the Main Hall on Friday, 5 December 2025, at 8 p.m.

The concert’s program features a selection of Barakatt’s signature works, composed over several decades, which represent a true expression of the noblest human emotions. His music is distinguished by a unique style that blends classical, contemporary, and cinematic elements.

This concert is part of a world tour that includes stops in Europe, Asia, North America, and several Arab countries. It also marks a significant milestone in celebrating the deep diplomatic relations between Egypt and Canada.

It is worth noting that Steve Barakatt is one of the most prominent contemporary musicians. He is a composer, pianist, and music producer who has received numerous awards and collaborated with leading artists and major international record labels. He has performed more than 500 live concerts on the world’s most prestigious stages, and his music has been featured in various television productions and major international events.
