Piano & Special Abilities Talents at Alexandria Opera House

As part of the Ministry of Culture’s endeavors to support and encourage promising talents, the Cairo Opera House, under the supervision of Dr. Lamiaa Zayed, is organizing a concert by the students of the Talents Development Center at Alexandria Opera House under the supervision of Dr. Huda Hosny. The concert is held at the Alexandria Opera House “Sayed Darwish Theatre” on Sunday, 2 June 2024 at 8:30 p.m.
The concert features students of the Piano Class, trained by Ingy Badawy, and students of the Special Abilities Class, trained and conducted by Mervat Hamam.
The Talents Development Center was established with the aim of enhancing artistic taste and supporting talented individuals in various fields of art. It includes multiple departments such as piano, guitar, ballet, opera and Arab singing, flute, violin, oud, qanoun, oriental violin, ballet, and tap dance. Recently, classes for individuals with special abilities were added. The center regularly participates in various celebrations organized by the Cairo Opera House, along with holding concerts by its students on a regular basis.
