“National Arab Music Ensemble at Gomhouria Theatre”

The Cairo Opera House, under the supervision of Dr. Lamia Zayed, presents a concert titled “Timeless Classics” by the National Arab Music Ensemble, under the baton of Maestro Dr. Mostafa Helmy, at the Gomhouria Theatre on Thursday, 26 December 2024, at 8 p.m.
The concert’s program includes a selection of iconic Arab songs, performed by talented artists such as Reem Kamal, Enas Ezz Eldin, Yehia Abdel Halim, Ahmed Essam, and Ashraf Waleed.
Founded in 1989, the National Arab Music Ensemble’s main objective is to revive the masterpieces of the Arab music heritage. Through collecting the classical musical heritage from different Arab nations and representing it in an academic context, the Ensemble succeeded in establishing a unique position for itself in the Arab music scene.
