Konouz Ensemble for Arab Music at Alexandria Opera House

The Cairo Opera House, under the supervision of  Dr. Alaa Abdel Salam, is hosting a concert featuring singer Mahmoud Darwish and his ensemble, Konouz for Arab Music, at Alexandria Opera House “Sayed Darwish Theatre” on Friday, 7 November 2025, at 8 p.m.

The Concert’s program includes a selection of famous Arab musical compositions.

Konouz Ensemble for Arab Music was established in 2004 by singer Mahmoud Darwish with the goal of presenting both classic and modern Arabic musical heritage works. The ensemble has delivered numerous successful performances across various cultural venues in Egypt.
