“Great Concertos” Concert Series at the Main Hall

Continuing its 66th season, the Cairo Symphony Orchestra, under its artistic director Maestro Ahmed El Saedi, launches a new concert series titled "Great Concertos" at the Main Hall on Saturday, 14 December 2024, at 8 p.m.
Conducted by Maestro Giuseppe Lanzetta and with the participation of pianist Giuseppe Andaloro, the concert’s program features Rachmaninov’s Piano Concerto No. 2 and Puccini’s Symphonic Prelude "Manon Lescaut."
The “Great Concertos” concert series provides the Cairo Symphony Orchestra with the opportunity to showcase a selection of the world's most important classical compositions, enriching the Egyptian music scene and promoting serious art forms.
The 2024-2025 Cairo Opera House artistic season features a variety of exceptional performances and witnesses the collaboration with renowned international ensembles. The season is also flooded with popular and crowd-pleasing concerts.
