Damanhour Opera Salon Celebrates Birth Anniversary of El Mogy & Death Anniversary of Abdel Halim Hafez

The Cairo Opera House, under the supervision of Dr. Lamiaa Zayed, celebrates the birth anniversary of the renowned composer Mohamed El Mogy and the death anniversary of the great Egyptian singer Abdel Halim Hafez at Damanhour Opera House on Monday, 4 March 2024.
The event is attended by Ahmed El Damanhoury, Head of the Musicians Syndicate in Beheira and Dr. Ashraf Abdel Rahman, Professor of Music Criticism at the Higher Institute of Art Criticism.
The cultural salon is moderated by Eman Makkawi and includes a singing performance by Ibrahim Naseer presenting songs in which El Mogy cooperated with Hafez.
