Cairo Opera Orchestra presents Gala Concert “Türkiye & Misr “

The Cairo Opera House,under the supervision of Dr. Alaa Abdel Salam, organizes a gala concert in cooperation with the Embassy of Türkiye in Cairo. The concert features the Cairo Opera Orchestra conducted by Maestro Mohamed Saad Basha, with the participation of vocalist Amira Ahmed and Turkish pianist Rüya Taner. It takes place on Wednesday, 5 November, 2025 at 8 p.m. at the Main Hall. The event reflects Egypt’s cultural vision, which aims to strengthen artistic bridges of communication with countries around the world.

The program includes a selection of classical, Turkish, and Arab works—both traditional and contemporary—composed by great musicians such as Mozart, Oğuzhan Balcı, Sayed Darwish, and the conductor Mohamed Saad Basha.

The artistic season of the Cairo Opera Orchestra features a collection of distinguished performances that include a wide variety of works. The orchestra also hosts Egyptian and international conductors and soloists, in addition to accompanying the various ensembles of the Cairo Opera House.
