Al Azhar Female Students from the Islamic Mission City Visit the Cairo Opera House

Under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed Fouad Hanno, Minister of Culture and in coordination with Al Azhar University, the Cairo Opera House, under the supervision of Dr. Lamia Zayed, hosts 81 female students from the Islamic Mission City. During the visit, Al Azhar students were accompanied by Dr. Elham Mohamed Fathy Shaheen, Assistant Secretary-General of the Islamic Research Academy for Women’s Preaching Affairs and Assistant Head of the Mission Sector at Al Azhar, along with Doaa Zakaria Khalil, Director of the Mission City for Female Students, and several officials from the Mission City and the Ministry of Culture.
The visit aims to introduce Egyptian culture and identity to international students, as well as, to affirm Egypt’s cultural leadership throughout history.
During the visit, the students explored the Cairo Opera House Museum, training halls of the Talents Development Center, and the various theaters on the Cairo Opera House premises.
